HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY PRESCRIPTION IS ACCURATE?
- Your glasses will go through many quality control processes to verify that the power specifications match perfectly with the completed product.

I ENTERED THE INACCURATE PRESCRIPTION. CAN I CHANGE THINGS RIGHT NOW?

HOW DO I ACCURATELY READ MY PRESCRIPTION?

- On the bridge of your nose, place a millimeter ruler.
- Pose a friend or family member at arm’s length in front of you.
- They should determine the distance between the centers of your two pupils (the black dots in your eyes).
If you do not have someone to assist you, face the mirror and attempt it on your own. If you already wear glasses, try placing dots in the precise area of your pupils on your lenses with a magic marker or highlighter. This distance is referred to as your PD Value.

- In metropolitan areas, the turnaround time for stylish sunglasses, zero-power glasses, and computer glasses is 2-3 business days. Manufacturing time for eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses is around 5-7 business days. Following that, your order will be sent within 1-2 business days.
- Rural pin codes handled by India Post may take up to 30 days to deliver.

I RECEIVED A BROKEN PAIR OF EYEGLASSES/THE PRESCRIPTION IS NOT THE ONE I ORDERED.
- While our quality control staff at Eyefoster guarantees that all items are thoroughly tested and examined before delivery, if you get a product that is damaged or does not match your prescription specifications, you may start a “Return Request” under the My Order – View Details area. Following that, you may place a new order.
- P.S. It is the customer’s obligation to refuse shipping that is damaged or has been opened. If the goods are damaged after opening the box, the client should mail or phone our customer care and register the issue on the same day the product was received. If the consumer does not record the complaint within the specified time limit, he or she will be ineligible for free returns in these instances.

REFUNDS/RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS RELATED

- While returning your order, it is required to obtain a pickup receipt from the pickup agent.
- If you made your purchase online using a credit/debit card, your refund will be made using the same card. If you paid using Net Banking or Cash on Delivery (COD), your refund will be sent by NEFT to your bank account. After you submit a refund request, we will contact you to obtain your bank account information.
- Once the product is received in its original condition and passes our quality control, we will initiate the refund procedure within 10-12 working days.

DO YOU HAVE A POLICY FOR REPLACEMENT?
- As of now, we do not give any replacements.
- However, if you get defective goods, please notify us immediately upon receipt so that we can take appropriate action. Any time after that, a Return Request must be submitted following receipt of the order.
DO YOU ALSO SHIP OUTSIDE INDIA?
- At the moment, we only ship inside India.
